Creator Success Manager: Build Businesses That Last
At Passion.io, we are at the forefront of the creator economy, developing AI-powered features to help creators build, launch, and scale on our platform. As a Creator Success Manager, you will be pivotal in guiding creators through onboarding, launch, monetization, and retention, ensuring they establish lasting businesses, not just fleeting apps.
This role demands more than traditional Customer Success; we need someone who understands audience growth, offer positioning, monetization psychology, revenue strategy, and what it truly takes to scale a personal brand. You're proactive, designing momentum and preventing churn before it happens.
A Day In Your Creator Orbit
You will manage approximately 45 premium creators, primarily US-based, operating within EST/PST rhythms. Your daily activities include:
- Guiding creators in refining their offers and pricing strategies.
- Reviewing funnel strategies pre-launch.
- Spotting early churn signals within your portfolio.
- Documenting progress and revenue milestones.
- Leading momentum calls to challenge thinking with care and clarity.
- Ensuring creators effectively leverage new product features.
You are a proactive steer, commercially aware, and deeply invested in creator growth.
A Week in Your Growth Engine
Your weekly responsibilities involve:
- Running structured business review sessions.
- Executing and refining lifecycle playbooks.
- Monitoring NRR (Net Revenue Retention), engagement signals, and health scores.
- Identifying natural upsell opportunities through strategic discussions.
- Sharing valuable creator feedback with Product & Marketing teams.
- Collaborating cross-functionally on retention OKRs.
This is a high-touch role that offers high impact and significant ownership.
The Long Game You’re Building
Over time, you will contribute to significant strategic outcomes:
- Refining onboarding, launch, and retention playbooks.
- Strengthening scalable high-touch systems.
- Transforming creators into passionate brand advocates.
- Reducing churn through proactive, data-driven strategies.
- Increasing expansion revenue through astute positioning.

You don't just maintain accounts; you actively shape successful outcomes.
Requirements
If you meet these criteria, we are eager to connect:
- 2+ years in CSM, onboarding, or revenue-focused client roles.
- Experience advising customers on business or monetization strategy.
- Practical understanding of the creator economy.
- Commercial confidence, energized by upsell and renewal conversations.
- Ability to balance empathy with empathetic directness, applying high emotional intelligence and structured thinking.
- A knack for designing success plans, not just following them.
- Experience in high-touch environments where ownership is key.
