We are seeking a passionate AI Engineer who thrives at the intersection of machine learning, systems design, and product development.

Your Mission

Design, build, and deploy AI agents and supporting systems to enhance the Pass App experience. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate foundation models, build RAG pipelines, and create seamless user experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Agent Architecture & Development: Architect and lead development using frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
  • Systems Integration: Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, databases, and third-party APIs.
  • Model Evaluation & Selection: Evaluate foundation models and analyze cost-effectiveness.
  • Lifecycle Ownership: Drive AI agent deployment from concept to production.
  • Optimization & Reliability: Troubleshoot, debug and optimize AI systems for performance.
  • Evaluation Frameworks: Establish metrics and monitoring solutions for AI agent performance.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Document processes and share best practices within the team.

Core Technical Competencies

  • LLM system design and multi-step agent development
  • Tool & API integration with OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline implementation
  • Integration of memory, state tracking, and context management
  • Evaluation & monitoring of LLM performance
  • Fine-tuning models for specialized tasks
  • Safety, guardrails, and fallback strategies
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and cloud-based deployment

What We’re Looking For

7+ years in software engineering with 1–2+ years focused on LLM-powered agents. Familiarity with crypto, DeFi, or financial systems is a plus. A builder mindset and product focus are key.

Bonus Superpowers

Strong product sense and experience in taking AI ideas from concept to fast-moving production environments.
