Job Summary
The Scrum Master and IT Project Manager role requires managing IT projects from initiation to completion in line with corporate strategy and IT transformation goals. This includes facilitating Agile practices and leading small to medium scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Agile adoption and coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and agile methods.
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Define, document, and execute IT projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality, and budget.
- Engage with stakeholders and provide regular, accurate project reports.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues affecting project success.
- Contribute to technology innovation initiatives including AI, Automation, and Cloud projects.
Qualifications
Candidates must have at least 5 years of project management and IT experience, an Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP-ACP), and a strong technology background. Familiarity with both agile and waterfall methodologies, excellent communication skills, and stakeholder management are essential.
Additional Information
