Park Place Finance is seeking a highly skilled SVP of Finance & Accounting to lead and oversee our growing finance and accounting operations. In this senior leadership role, you will shape the financial health and strategy of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting functions ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency.
• Develop and manage financial models and proformas for decision-making.
• Oversee cash flow projections and fund accounting effectively.
• Manage construction draws with accurate stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors and prepare audited financial statements.
• Provide strategic insights to the executive team through data analysis.
• Mentor and manage accounting staff with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications & Experience

• 4+ years of accounting experience in a banking or private lending firm.
• Advanced expertise with QuickBooks.
• Strong background in creating proformas, P&L statements, and cash balance reports.
• Proven success in audit preparation and collaboration with external auditors.
• Leadership experience managing accounting professionals is preferred.
