About the Team
This role sits in our Acceleration department where we drive ecosystem growth by building tools, integrations, and partnerships across the Polkadot network. Reporting to our Product Research Lead, you will join the Product Engineering team to shape product vision and roadmap, translating ecosystem needs into tools and experiences that accelerate platform adoption.
About the Role
As a Product Engineer AI, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of features from problem discovery to production deployment. You will leverage an AI-native workflow to iterate rapidly and deliver high-impact solutions to complex user problems.
- Full-Lifecycle Ownership: Lead feature development from scoping to iteration.
- AI-Augmented Development: Integrate AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude) into daily workflow.
- Autonomous Decision-Making: Navigate ambiguity and fill requirement gaps independently.
- Rapid Iteration: Deploy MVPs quickly to gather and act on feedback.
- Direct Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to translate pain points into scalable software.
Your Skills
Proven experience in developing and maintaining production-grade web applications using TypeScript, React, or similar frameworks. Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component-driven development, modern build pipelines, system design, and complex systems. Demonstrated product intuition for applying AI to solve real user problems and deliver impactful features.
