Position Summary

The Operations & Support Analyst is responsible for handling client support tickets, assisting internal teams with scheduling and documentation, and coordinating vendor and logistics tasks. This hands-on role in a lean international team requires adaptability, clear communication, and strong follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support & Ticket Management: Manage support tickets, coordinate resolutions, update FAQs, and explore automation opportunities.
  • Operational Support & Coordination: Execute recurring tasks, support scheduling and documentation, and maintain internal process docs (Notion, Google Docs).
  • Vendor & Logistics Assistance: Assist with vendor communication, onboarding, and record-keeping.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills: 1–3 years in operations, support, or administrative coordination. Excellent written and spoken English, strong organizational abilities, familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Excel/Sheets, and support ticket systems like HubSpot, Intercom, or Zendesk. Basic familiarity or interest in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI) is a plus.

Personal Attributes: Reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic startup environment.

What We Offer

  • Payment in USD on a monthly contractor basis.
  • Salary range: USD 1,000 – 1,400/month.
  • Flexible schedule (Monday to Friday) for LATAM time zones.
