Job Responsibilities
The Training Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop work competences, and acquire practical experience through participation in the planning, execution, and implementation of the annual training plan across business areas according to local market needs and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Support the planning and execution of the Training plan according to market needs.
- Lead the adaptation, translation, and revision of training tools.
- Assist in the development of training materials (slideshows, videos, scripts, product manuals, training sheets, newsletters, digital games, quizzes, among others) for different formats and targets (train the trainers, retail professionals, one-to-one coaching, etc.).
- Support the execution and imparting of training events in their different formats and schedules.
- Manage and coordinate ad hoc training requests.
- Supervise and manage stock of training products and e-learning elements.
- Lead relations with international logistics for the management of quotas.
- Participate in the search, selection, and management of external training solutions/vendors and budget management.
- Take part in brainstorming sessions and proactively search for new ideas and actions that would help increase the market quota.
Profile Needed
- Main Studies: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or related field. Master’s degree is considered a plus.
- Languages: English (Fluent C1). French and/or other languages are considered a plus.
- IT Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes. Knowledge of Adobe Suite and digital platforms is desirable.
- Experience: Previous professional experience will be considered a plus.
- Availability: For immediate incorporation.
- IMPORTANT: Possibility of signing an agreement with a university for at least 6 months, full-time.
