Your Impact

Within the Global Media – Paid Activation team, and the International Media Department, the Digital Project Manager Assistant will support Project Managers in the operational management and implementation of the House's international digital media campaigns. This role is essential to ensure the consistency of the Dior brand image and the effectiveness of digital content across all media channels. It contributes to the deployment of product launch campaigns for Dior on various international markets.

The incumbent will work closely with various functional partners, including:

  • Global Marketing teams
  • Creative & Content teams
  • Local Media teams in international markets
  • Media and Creative agencies
  • Digital and Social Media teams

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the operational implementation of digital media campaigns during product launches (fragrances, makeup, skincare) in various international markets (approx. 30%).
  • Adapt and deploy creative content for different digital platforms and social networks (Display, Social Media, Online Video) to ensure consistency with the House's image (approx. 20%).
  • Support over 30 international markets in the deployment of paid digital campaigns by providing necessary guidelines, materials, and approvals (approx. 20%).
  • Conduct regular competitive and sector monitoring to identify digital trends, media innovations, and best practices in the luxury sector (approx. 15%).
  • Participate in media project monitoring and coordination with agencies and internal teams to ensure deadlines and quality of campaign execution are met (approx. 15%).

Profile

Ideally, you have initial academic or professional experience in digital communication, marketing, or media. You are pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4 / Bac +5) in a school of communication, advertising, digital, marketing, multimedia, or graphic design. Technical Skills

  • Fluent French and English required.
