Job Description

Data & AI Project Manager

Join the dream House and help us make the world more beautiful and happier. At Parfums Christian Dior, we are driven by our purpose to be the most desirable Maison in the world, a symbol of French luxury, joy, and hope. You will embody our six core values daily: Create with Passion, Shine Together with Joy, Excel for Ultimate Luxury, Conquer with Audacity, Foster Inclusivity, and Act to Enchant the World. Design your dreams with Dior.

Your Impact

Data and AI are transforming the luxury industry across all functions, from Supply Chain and Retail Operations to Image, Marketing, Finance, and customer experience. Parfums Christian Dior is at the forefront of this transformation, with over 20 use cases (IA, GenAI, Agentic AI) deployed across various business units and a growing global Data community. We are seeking a driven individual to accelerate this movement.

Missions and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Data Strategy & Growth within the Data & AI Office, you will orchestrate Data & AI projects across the Maison. Your mission will be to identify high-impact opportunities, define use cases, lead their delivery, and ensure measurable value creation from strategic planning to post-launch monitoring.

What You Will Do Concretely:

  • Strategy & Opportunity Identification: Detect and prioritize Data/IA/GenAI/Agentic AI use cases with high ROI across all Maison business units (Operations & Supply Chain, Retail, Image & Media, Marketing, e-Commerce, Finance, Customer Service). Frame new initiatives by gathering business needs, assessing feasibility, and estimating ROI. Define success KPIs with stakeholders and rigorously track value creation.
  • Pilot & Delivery: Champion the Data/IA product vision and manage the backlog of use cases. Lead delivery by coordinating Business teams, Data Scientists, and Tech teams. Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. Monitor data product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvement.
  • Transformation & Change Management: Support business units in adopting Data & IA solutions. Contribute to cross-functional initiatives such as Responsible AI, Data Governance, and team training. Anticipate risks and alert management with concrete recommendations.

Profile

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate of a top engineering or business school (Polytechnique, Centrale, Mines, ENSAE, Télécom, HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, etc.).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Data/IA project management, ideally with a background in strategic or specialized consulting (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Artefact, Capgemini Invent, Accenture AI).
  • Demonstrated track record in delivering Data & IA use cases, preferably in luxury, retail, cosmetics, or industry sectors.
  • International environment experience is a plus.

Skills:

  • Solid technical understanding of Machine Learning models, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
  • Knowledge of Big Data and Cloud ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Product Management frameworks.
  • Analytical rigor and ability to frame complex problems (consulting experience is a significant asset).
  • SQL/Python skills are a plus.

Personal Qualities:

  • Strategic Vision: Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to see the big picture.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with Data Scientists and executive leadership.
  • Leadership: Natural leadership, autonomy, and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Curiosity and passion for innovation, staying updated on AI advancements.
  • Critical Thinking & Attention to Detail.

Languages:

  • Fluent French and English are essential (English is the working language).
  • A third language is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Join the Data & AI Office of one of the most iconic Maisons in the world, part of the LVMH group.

  • Grow within a human-sized, ambitious, and supportive team with close proximity to top management.
  • Access to cutting-edge technology (IA, GenAI, Agentic AI).

Inclusion & Diversity:

Inclusion is fundamental to our excellence. We embrace diversity as our strength, reflecting our global clientele, talent, and ideas.
