Product Designer at Paramount+

About the Role

As a Product Designer at Paramount+, you will create pixel-perfect, on-brand designs based on product requirements and feedback. You will research the competitive landscape, design user flows, and develop product designs that consider evolving functionality and technological innovation. Collaboration is key, as you'll work with product management, engineering, and other cross-functional partners to deliver compelling solutions for discovery and engagement. You will champion visual and functional consistency while identifying opportunities to enhance our systems and interactions. Additionally, you'll leverage AI to expand exploratory design spaces and drive swift execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Create pixel-precise, on-brand designs informed by product requirements and feedback.
• Research competitive landscapes and design user flows to inform product strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for discovery and engagement.
• Advocate for visual and functional consistency while evolving design systems.
• Utilize AI tools for design exploration and efficient execution.

Basic Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product design experience.
• Solid UX and visual design sense with a focus on intuitive interfaces.
• Ability to adapt quickly to fast-moving timelines and changing project requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership.
• Proven skill in gathering consensus from internal partners and managing shifting priorities.
• Experience collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Proven track record of successfully launching multiple products.
• Ability to rapidly concept, ideate, and execute multiple design concepts.
• An impressive portfolio showcasing deep functionality knowledge and modern visual design.
• Curiosity and comfort experimenting with AI tools for prototyping and workflow enhancement.
• Experience working in an agile development environment, collaborating closely with product owners, developers, and QA.
