The Opportunity: Contract Manager, eSourcing

We are now seeking a Contract Manager, eSourcing to lead the execution of Paramount’s Procurement Contract management strategy. This role is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of procurement contracts, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining visibility across platforms. You will service as the subject matter expert in contract management, collaborating cross-functionally with Procurement Category Managers, Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Business Stakeholders and Technology teams to optimize contract processes and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing, administering and maintaining the procurement contract database, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
  • Establishing efficient processes for managing vendor contracts and associated legal documentation
  • Reviewing executed contracts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies
  • Generating and reviewing contract performance reports
  • Collaborating with the Procurement Teams to collect executed contracts and input metadata into the procurement contract management system
  • Tracking and analyzing key contract performance indicators, including payment terms, delivery schedules, pricing and spend
  • Acting as a liaison between vendor management and internal stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues
  • Championing contract management best practices and emerging trends to drive innovation, enhance efficiency, and improve user experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and contract management
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, and Oracle systems (Oracle Fusion experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing contract management strategies across a complex organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the media, entertainment, or broadcasting industry
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills.
