Role Description

As our Paid Search Manager and AI Trainer, you won't just be pulling levers in Google Ads—you'll be actively shaping the future of automated media buying. You will oversee the strategy, management, and optimization of paid search campaigns while working intimately with our AI tools, refining workflows to maximize both efficiency and performance.

What You'll Learn

  • Architect Automated Growth: Partner directly with the Parallel AI agent to deploy and optimize complex Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Bridge the Gap: Identify bottlenecks in traditional media buying workflows and design automated, systemic solutions using our AI toolkit.
  • Evaluate & Refine: Audit AI recommendations against your own expert judgment, building high-quality training datasets from real-world campaign decisions.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–6 years of experience managing paid search campaigns with monthly budgets exceeding $100K.
  • A strong foundation in digital marketing strategy, keyword research, and paid media advertising.
  • Deep proficiency with web analytics (specifically GA4) to analyze performance and drive data-backed decisions.
  • A proven track record of working independently and collaborating effectively within a fully remote team.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a strong interest in their application within paid search operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
