Data Analyst II

Overview

At Parachute Health, our mission is to ensure every patient receives the necessary medical equipment on time by simplifying the ordering process through digital connectivity. The Data Analyst II role is vital in driving data-driven decision-making and transforming post-acute care.

Responsibilities

Analysis & Insights:

• Conduct medium- to high-complexity analyses with minimal guidance.
• Own analytical projects from scoping through delivery.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics.
• Develop analytical frameworks and translate business questions.

Collaboration & Growth:

• Partner with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Participate in team discussions and mentor junior analysts.

Quality & Standards:

• Follow team standards for analysis, documentation, and data quality.
• Identify friction points and suggest improvements.
• Document learnings and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Looker), and Python.
• Understanding of statistical concepts and modern data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
