Role Overview - Product Manager - Matchmaking & AI/ML

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to lead our Matchmaking & AI/ML domain. You will shape intelligent systems that personalize gameplay and power fair, competitive experiences at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development of features in Matchmaking and AI/ML.
  • Define and prioritize the roadmap balancing UX, performance, and business impact.
  • Translate product goals into effective ML-powered solutions with data and algorithm teams.
  • Write PRDs, user stories, manage backlog grooming, and drive execution.
  • Monitor product performance, uncover insights, and iterate to improve KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in gaming, consumer tech or ML-driven products.
  • Solid understanding of ML concepts like ranking, personalization and recommendations.
  • Passion for games and competitive environments with an understanding of player behavior.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with engineering and data teams.
  • Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive and ownership-driven.
  • Bonus: experience in real-money/competitive games, matchmaking systems or technical background.
