Role: Growth Account Manager

As an SMB Account Manager on the Client Services Team, you will work with small and medium sized accounts throughout the client life cycle. You will build relationships, address client queries, and assist in enhancing workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Navigate internal resources to promptly address payroll and HR queries.
  • Develop expertise in Papaya Global products and align solutions with client needs.
  • Achieve individual and team KPIs by monitoring progress and taking corrective actions.
  • Manage client requests independently, escalating when necessary.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Support employee onboarding/offboarding while ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Contribute to process improvements and adhere to internal SLAs.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Case Management tools effectively.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer service or customer success.
  • Experience in Workforce Management is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability in an international work environment.
  • Customer-first approach and effective time management.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday.
