Our innovative web-based platform combines ultra-high-definition, 360-degree cameras, satellite data, and artificial intelligence to provide real-time threat intelligence. Recognized by TIME, MIT Technology Review, and Fast Company, Pano AI is a growth-stage hybrid-remote startup headquartered in San Francisco, actively monitoring over 30 million acres of land across the U.S., Australia, and Canada.

This role offers direct upward mobility into team leadership positions.
What You’ll Do

- Lead Onboarding and Training: Coordinate outreach, introduce Pano AI's platform, and provide comprehensive training to integrate our technology into operational workflows effectively.
- Drive Adoption and Ongoing Usage: Monitor engagement, identify areas for improvement, and proactively re-engage agencies to ensure consistent and effective post-deployment platform use.
- Partner Cross-Functionally for Execution: Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales to support deployments and ensure seamless execution from installation to long-term use.
- Act as the Voice of the Field: Gather critical feedback from agencies to inform product improvements and represent Pano AI professionally at various community and industry events.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in wildfire response, fire service, emergency management, disaster response, or a related public safety field.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, training, operations, customer success, or program management role, preferably with federal, state, or local agencies.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
