Job Overview

Pandora is seeking an organised, pro-active and results driven Assistant Store Manager for its Bayside store. In this role, you will be the brand ambassador and play a crucial part in the day-to-day operational running of a high-performing store.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support and lead the team to ensure the store achieves commercial success. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting, coaching and motivating the in-store team to achieve targets.
• Managing retail operations such as stock control, store procedures, and security.
• Overseeing team rotas and tracking sales performance.
• Driving a strong retail floor presence and exemplary Pandora customer service.
• Becoming a Pandora product expert and nurturing team development.

What to Expect from the Role

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will ensure daily operations run smoothly in the absence of the Store Manager, drive sales and profitability, and uphold the Pandora brand values. You are expected to lead by example, manage the team's presence on the sales floor, and maintain high standards of customer service.
