Job Description
PandaDoc is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Customer Value Track on the Workflows team. This role is responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end frontend solutions to create new happy customers through innovative form experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own complex frontend features from discovery to rollout.
- Design and develop new functionalities for recipient and sender forms.
- Enhance existing features such as the rules engine and lookup tables.
- Collaborate with backend engineers for smooth integrations.
- Partner with stakeholders to convert requirements into production-grade solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotations and strengthen reliability practices.
- Work within a Scrumban process alongside Product teams.
Our Tech Stack
Core: JavaScript, React, Redux, HTML, CSS (Sass/styled-components), Webpack, Jest, Enzyme, Playwright. Additionally: Redux-Saga, event-sourcing.
About You
- 6+ years of experience building web applications with JavaScript, React/Redux, HTML, and CSS.
- Proven record in delivering scalable, available, maintainable, and performant solutions.
- Strong application of software design patterns for quality and adaptability.
- Experience writing unit and end-to-end tests.
- Excellent communication of complex technical concepts with cross-functional teams.
- Passionate about new technologies and willingness to lead engineering initiatives.
- Interest in full-stack work is a plus.
