About the Role
The Engineering Operations Specialist role supports operational excellence across the Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organization. Reporting to the Senior Engineering Operations Manager, you will coordinate team ceremonies, maintain operational systems, and drive project initiatives across 40+ teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Support & Tool Management: Support Scrum teams, maintain Jira hygiene, configure team boards and optimize workflows.
- Project Coordination: Manage cross-functional initiatives, track action items, and flag risks.
- Process Documentation & Support: Document team processes, maintain runbooks, and assist in best practices adoption.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback, participate in process improvement initiatives, and support tool rollout.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in project coordination, Scrum Master role, or Engineering operations.
- Solid understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles.
- Strong experience with Jira administration.
- Understanding of SDLC and engineering practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and DevOps fundamentals.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work with AI tools for basic automation scripts.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
Nice to Haves
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM).
- Experience in SaaS/Product companies.
- Familiarity with engineering metrics (velocity, cycle time, DORA metrics).
