About the Role: Engineering Manager, Growth Track at PandaDoc
We are seeking an experienced and product-minded Engineering Manager to join PandaDoc and lead teams within Acquisition and Retain & Grow. Our core mission is to empower users to quickly discover value and build lasting habits for long-term success. PandaDoc is embarking on a new phase, strengthening its Product-Led Growth strategy and enhancing the activation journey with a focus on AI-powered experiences and scalable systems.
Your Impact as an Engineering Manager
In this pivotal role, you will significantly shape how users initially experience and adopt the PandaDoc product. You will drive key initiatives including dedicated AI agents, personalization features, and seamless onboarding processes, ensuring every user interaction is intuitive and effortlessly delivers value.
As a Technical Leader, You Will:
- Guide your teams in discovering optimal technical solutions and processes suited to each feature’s maturity.
- Adapt approaches based on whether a feature is experimental, long-term, or platform-based.
As a People Leader, You Will:
- Partner closely with engineers to support their career growth and development.
- Focus on team dynamics, structure, and overall performance.
- Set ambitious goals and empower both individuals and teams to achieve them.
As a Leadership Team Member, You Will:
- Collaborate with the Director of Engineering to define the growth trajectory for your teams.
- Ensure teams possess the right skills and organizational structure for sustained success.
In This Role, You Will:
- Set the Vision: Team up with engineering, product, and design leaders to shape the strategic direction of your teams.
- Drive Results: Create and guide strategies that lead to clear, measurable outcomes, keeping the team focused on impactful work.
- Foster Team Spirit: Build a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive culture that prioritizes quick, impactful execution.
- Shape Engineering Culture: Actively contribute to growing and evolving PandaDoc's engineering culture, participating in initiatives that drive positive change.
