About the Decentralized Learning Trainer

This role is responsible for delivering training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations associates at Panda Restaurant Group. The position assists in planning, organizing, tracking, and creating content for all DLD training courses, both in the field and at the Support Center, and provides feedback on participant performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations associates.
  • Provide training materials for GO, UOP, field training, and special seminars.
  • Incorporate current learning trends and approaches into course offerings.
  • Apply participant feedback and recommend course improvements.
  • Present information using varied instructional techniques and formats.
  • Evaluate participant performance and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Support SC associate meeting sessions and build inter-department relationships.
  • Develop training materials and videos, and support planning for training programs.
  • Collaborate with DLD Administrators and Learning Specialists to track classes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in developing and delivering training in a retail or hospitality operations setting.
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required training.
  • Valid Food Handler's Card required within 30 days of employment.

Work Environment

Office conditions with some travel inside or outside California for store visits or in-person training, with or without reasonable accommodations.
