Job Description
About PancakeSwap
We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to inspire, engage, and grow the PancakeSwap community. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of DeFi communities and a proven track record in community management and growth.
Responsibilities
- Grow PancakeSwap’s presence via organic and community efforts
- Represent PancakeSwap as a spokesperson in community channels (Discord, Telegram, X, community spaces, AMAs), actively advocates for our products, brand, and ecosystem
- Plan and execute regional meetups, AMAs, community events and initiatives with clear growth outcomes and results
- Actively explore and coordinate joint efforts with relevant crypto projects and communities to increase community activations
- Manage PancakeSwap’s ambassador program to support PancakeSwap’s presence across community channels, content, and local community events
- Act as a bridge between the PancakeSwap community and internal teams, relaying community and product feedback to drive PancakeSwap’s growth and success
- Identify and engage with community content creators and influencers to produce relevant and engaging content aligned with PancakeSwap’s brand and goals
- Provide weekly reports on activities, metrics, and community feedback
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a community manager in the DeFi or crypto space
- Language: Fluent in English. Additional languages a plus.
- Deep understanding of crypto-native communities, DeFi users, and on-chain culture
- Excellent communication skills and able to drive effective conversations
- Experience with community platforms and tools on Discord, Telegram, X, etc.
- Ability to own multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
