Your Career at Staff Technical Support Engineer Firewall EMEA
You will work directly with customers to resolve complex post-sales technical issues. As a T3-level support engineer, you will troubleshoot escalated cases from front-line teams, provide configurations and best practices, and perform fault isolation and root cause analysis.
- Engage in technical discussions with multi-functional teams.
- Manage and resolve support cases with detailed RCA documentation.
- Publish technical bulletins and update training materials.
- Collaborate with engineering on bug resolution and feature requests.
- Lead case swarming and training sessions for frontline teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Over 8 years of customer-facing technical support experience with expertise in Remote Access VPN, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, and authentication protocols. Proficiency in firewall management systems, multi-factor authentication systems, and familiarity with Windows, Linux, and MAC OS is highly valued. Experience with Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper, and Fortinet products is a plus.
