Your Career

As a Sr. Technical Support Engineer, you will work directly with customers to address complex post-sales concerns. Your role involves analyzing multifaceted situations, communicating technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences, and contributing to an environment that fosters transparency and improvement.

Your Impact

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers and partners.
  • Manage and resolve support cases with detailed follow-ups.
  • Perform fault isolation and root cause analysis for issues.
  • Publish technical documentation and support bulletins.
  • Offer on-call support 24x7 as needed.

Qualifications

You should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a detailed technical background. Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLAN, OSPF, BGP), security protocols (IPSEC, SSL-VPN, NAT, GRE), Unix/Linux and Windows environments, virtualization technologies (VMWare, KVM, etc.), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) is essential. Prior experience with Palo Alto Networks products is a plus.
