Job Description

The Sr Professional Services Consultant (Network Security) will design and deliver Next-Generation cybersecurity solutions. As a key member of the Network Security Professional Services India & SAARC team, you will lead and contribute to projects at customer sites, collaborating with both customers and internal teams to secure complex environments.

  • Design and implement custom security policies and application signatures.
  • Consult on security best practices and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Analyze threat data and provide actionable intelligence.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Assistance Center on escalated cases.
  • Support sales teams in formulating technical strategies with detailed customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Travel 25-50% for customer meetings and deployments.
  • Conduct research on new features and technologies.
  • Document projects comprehensively and conduct design meetings.
  • Transfer knowledge of evolving technologies.
  • Ensure the successful completion of large-scale projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of industry experience with deep expertise in network security.
  • At least 7 years with firewall and IDS/IPS solutions in large environments.
  • 5+ years with Palo Alto Networks product installation, configuration, and operation.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and project leadership skills.
  • Current cybersecurity certifications.
