Job Summary: Senior Product Operations Manager

As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in scaling the operational efficiency, execution, and delivery of outcomes within the Cortex platform and products organizations. This role uniquely bridges Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market (GTM), Finance, IT, and Customer-facing teams, transforming complex, cross-functional challenges into streamlined processes, effective operating models, and scalable mechanisms.

You will empower product teams to accelerate their pace with enhanced clarity and confidence by establishing the necessary systems, governance frameworks, key metrics, and execution models that support one of the world's fastest-growing cybersecurity platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously evolve core product operating processes across the entire Cortex portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management leaders to convert strategic visions into actionable plans, defined milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Design, implement, and scale robust product operating models to manage complex initiatives, including product migrations, platform unification, licensing adjustments, and large-scale customer transitions.
  • Act as a central orchestration point across Product, Engineering, GTM, Sales Operations, Finance, IT, Legal, and Support to proactively remove impediments and drive execution.
  • Identify operational friction, inefficiencies, and gaps throughout the product lifecycle and take proactive measures to implement systemic improvements.
  • Drive the development of tooling, automation, and comprehensive documentation to enhance visibility, predictability, and scalability of product operations, while also enabling AI-ready workflows, robust data foundations, and informed decision support.
  • Serve as a trusted operator and adept problem-solver for complex, ambiguous initiatives that extend beyond the scope of a single product or team.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or equivalent roles within enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated experience operating effectively within highly complex, cross-functional organizations characterized by multiple stakeholders and intricate dependencies.
  • Strong capability to translate strategic objectives into executable plans through well-defined processes, structured frameworks, and clear accountability.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a proven track record of successful engagement with senior leadership.
  • Highly analytical and structured approach, exhibiting a strong inclination towards data-driven insights, metrics, and operational rigor.
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adept at establishing clarity where none exists.
  • Possesses a strong problem-solving mindset with a consistent history of owning outcomes from inception to completion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the Cyber security domain.

Our Commitment

We are trailblazers who dream big, take calculated risks, and continuously challenge the cybersecurity status quo. Our mission simply cannot be accomplished without diverse teams innovating collaboratively.
