Your Career

As a Senior Backend Engineer - Cortex Cloud, you will work with a startup mentality while enjoying the backing of a successful corporation. You will design and build an infrastructure that supports billions of events per second, ensuring data storage, processing, and accessibility. You will collaborate with industry-leading cyber products and work closely with DevOps, Pipeline, development, and automation teams.

Your Impact & Qualifications

• Be a key contributor to a high-scale production product.
• Develop scalable server side applications.
• Work with distributed cloud products and diverse database technologies such as MySQL, Cassandra, Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, and ElasticSearch.
• Experience with Go and Python is an advantage.
• Familiarity with GCP/AWS/Azure and Kubernetes/Docker is desirable.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent, with 4+ years of software engineering experience.

Team & Additional Information

The infrastructure team, part of the Cortex Platform group, is dedicated solely to backend excellence. You will work on shared components, monitor high-scale challenges, and elevate the developer experience across teams.
