Job Description
The Manager, Solutions Consulting is the evolution of the traditional Sales Engineer Manager role. In this role, you will lead the District Solutions Consulting team, working closely with the District Sales Manager. You and your team will build strong customer relationships ensuring they understand and maximize the value of their cybersecurity investments, while staying ahead of emerging threats.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to your team.
- Recruit, train, and develop top Solutions Consulting talent.
- Collaborate with sales counterparts and cross-functional teams.
- Drive strategic technical validations and solution guidance.
- Engage in customer interactions from technician to CIO.
Your Impact
Key responsibilities include:
- Recruitment and hiring of new Solutions Consultants.
- Training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
- Supporting complex evaluations and problem-solving.
- Defining individual development plans and strategy.
- Collaborating with Professional Services, Customer Success and Specialist teams.
Qualifications
We require experience as a pre-sales System Engineer Manager or as a Senior System Engineer/Specialist, with a strong knowledge of network security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, and SOC Transformation Technologies. Excellent communication, presentation skills, and a quota driven attitude are essential.
