Your Career at Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you'll contribute to the sales pipeline and revenue growth through lead qualification. You will be personable, inquisitive, coachable, and persistent, taking creative risks in both phone and in-person interactions.

Your Impact

  • Direct Sales Qualified Leads (SQL’s) to a designated Sales District.
  • Market products and services via phone, email, and cold calls.
  • Generate prospective customers from Marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Follow up on pre-qualified leads for timely pipeline creation.
  • Document activities in Salesforce.com while setting appointments.
  • Identify client needs and build long-term relationships.
  • Report regularly to the Head of Business Development (APAC).
  • Stay up-to-date with products, pricing, and cybersecurity trends.

Qualifications

  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in inbound and outbound sales.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and articulate them clearly.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Excel.
  • Proven work experience in similar roles with a track record of meeting quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • BS degree or equivalent experience required.
