Your Career

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Specialist Sales Leader - JAPAC to lead our new AIRS sales team. This role involves mentoring a team of 2 to 3 Sales Engineers while also acting as their Account Executive.

Your Impact

  • Lead and coach a team of 3 to 6 Sales Engineers to meet revenue targets.
  • Inculcate accountability, innovation, and a customer-centric culture.
  • Engage in executive discussions with CIOs and CISOs to articulate cybersecurity value propositions.
  • Drive strategic sales initiatives through data-driven strategies and effective pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, alliances, and internal stakeholders to secure customer success.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in field sales within cybersecurity with at least 2 years in leadership.
  • Track record in leading high-performance teams in high-growth environments.
  • Experience in complex solution sales methodologies and value selling.
  • Preferably experienced with AppSec or CNAPP (DevSecOps, CloudOps) solutions.
  • Established relationships with key security decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of channel and partner sales strategies and go-to-market models.
  • Willingness to travel domestically to support team and customers.
