Your Career
In the role of Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will work directly with customers addressing complex post-sales concerns. You are expected to analyze multifaceted situations, provide detailed technical explanations to both technical and non-technical professionals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products and services.
- Interact with global customers to resolve technical issues
- Provide configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices
- Engage in on-call support on a 24x7 as-needed basis
- Create technical documentation and bulletins
- Travel to customer sites during critical situations
Your Impact
You will ensure rapid technical assistance, perform fault isolation and root cause analysis, and contribute to our knowledge base. Your involvement helps maintain secure digital environments and supports product transitions and new implementations.
Qualifications
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills required.Technical Skills: Expertise in Networking, IPSEC, TCP/IP, PKI, SSL/TLS, HTTP/HTTPS, and Routing (BGP). Experience with Firewall Central Management Systems, various Operating Systems (Windows, MAC, Linux, IOS), and tools like Chrome Developer Tools. Knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, LDAP, RADIUS) and familiarity with multi-factor authentication systems is important. Proficiency in Prisma Access and GlobalProtect is a plus.
