As a Junior Commercial Analyst – Transaction Advisory, you will leverage your strong digital acumen and excellent research skills to support due diligence engagements and deliver actionable insights.

The Opportunity

You will work across the entire deal cycle from identifying digital opportunities and risks in due diligence, to developing digital products and services. The role spans multiple sectors such as eCommerce, Retail, Financial Services, Transport and Logistics, Manufacturing, Leisure & Travel, Health, Technology & SaaS, FMCG, and Education.

Role & Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze data from various digital and commercial sources.
• Desk Research: Conduct in-depth market research to assess industry dynamics and trends.
• Primary Research: Lead interviews and surveys to gather qualitative insights.
• Performance Assessment: Interpret performance data to evaluate digital channels and commercial strategies.
• Insight Generation: Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare presentations and reports for technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have prior analytical experience with a strong grasp of digital and commercial landscapes. Key skills include:
