Your Responsibilities as an HR and Administration Services Partner

As an HR and Administration Services Partner at PALFINGER AG, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive HR support. This includes managing core HR functions such as recruitment, training, employee relations, and organizational development, ensuring a holistic approach to talent management.

You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, strictly adhering to local labor laws and internal company policies. A key focus will be on overseeing personnel administration processes, with a strong emphasis on driving digitalization and automation initiatives to significantly enhance efficiency across all operations.

Collaboration is essential as you will contribute to the implementation of HR projects at local, regional, and global levels, ensuring these initiatives are perfectly aligned with broader business objectives. Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years as an HR generalist with proven expertise in payroll and labor legislation, ideally within multinational industrial companies.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR project implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Portuguese language skills would be considered a significant advantage.
  • Possess strong collaboration, strategic thinking, adaptability, and analytical skills, thriving in dynamic, multicultural environments.
