About the Role

At Palex Healthcare Group, we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and regulatory excellence. We are seeking a motivated Compliance Specialist to enhance our Corporate Compliance function. This role is pivotal in developing, implementing, and solidifying our Compliance System across all group companies. The position is based in Sant Cugat del Vallès, and candidates should reside in the Barcelona province.

Your Mission

You will contribute to building and maintaining a robust compliance culture throughout the organization, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify compliance risks and propose effective mitigation measures.
  • Define and implement robust compliance controls.
  • Promote a strong compliance culture across the organization.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of compliance controls.
  • Support the implementation of upcoming regulations.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training and awareness programs.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Ensure compliance with key areas such as whistleblowing channels, anti-corruption, competition law, and sector regulations.
  • Coordinate compliance initiatives across different countries and business units.
  • Drive the integration of all group companies into the Compliance System.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Specialization in Compliance is highly valued.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Compliance (consultancy, law firms, or corporate environments).
  • Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance systems.
  • High proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Strong ethical standards, integrity, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work autonomously.
