The Job: Amazon Product Catalogue Specialist

  • Daily monitoring of listings for accuracy and resolving any discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Recreate or update listings, descriptions, specifications, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon’s guidelines and standards, and upload of respective documents.
  • Create or modify product variations.
  • Manage image and video uploads, as well as A+ Content creation and modification.
  • Modify Brand Store and Story content (images, connections, ASINs, etc.).
  • Handle catalogue-related cases.
  • Create coupons.
  • Manage product category changes.
  • Regularly review product reviews on the detail page.
  • Extract and prepare overviews and reports.

The Individual: Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in catalogue work on Seller Central (EU and/or US).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Self-organized and proactive working style.
  • Other languages such as German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, or Polish are a plus.
  • Proficiency or advanced level in Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of problem-solving skills.
  • Perseverance to follow up on open cases/ issues/troubleshooting.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing product listings, spotting and correcting errors in product information, and categorization.
