About the Opportunity
As the Regional General Manager, you will own the overall execution and scale of your region. This includes hiring high quality teams, developing playbooks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiencies and patient experiences, and ensuring full compliance with Plan requirements. This role reports to the VP, Operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of care managers, registered nurses, and a behavioral health manager.
- Own the OpEx P&L for your region.
- Drive the quarterly OKRs for your region.
- Serve as the senior operational POC for Plan POCs in your region.
- Develop playbooks and SOPs for ECM program execution.
- Collaborate with Product, Pop Health, Network, and Quality/Compliance teams.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Plan requirements and internal performance metrics.
What You’ll Need
- 4+ years managing complex operational teams or operations.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort with technical tools like CRM databases, Excel, Word, email, and video conferencing.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple systems and processes in a fast-paced startup environment.
