About Our Client

Our client is an international organization dedicated to improving patient care through innovative medical technology. They develop advanced solutions for interventional cardiology and endovascular treatments, supporting healthcare professionals worldwide in performing life-saving procedures.

You will join a compact and close-knit HR team of three, consisting of an HR Manager, an HR Officer, and yourself. In this role, you will be given significant responsibility and the opportunity to actively contribute to both recruitment and broader HR initiatives.

Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner Healthcare, you will be responsible for the complete recruitment process and actively contribute to various HR projects.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers on job requirements, team dynamics, and recruitment strategy.
  • Manage the full recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and salary negotiations.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process.
  • Conduct structured 30-, 60-, and 90-day evaluations with new employees and managers to support onboarding and integration.
  • Perform salary benchmarks and advise on market-conform and competitive employment conditions.
  • Support the annual salary review with current market data.
  • Initiate and participate in HR projects aimed at process optimization (such as ATS improvement and onboarding workflows).
  • Contribute to employer branding and CSR initiatives related to sustainability and social responsibility.
  • Ensure accurate administration in the HRIS system and compliance with internal procedures.

The Successful Applicant

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and HR projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with salary benchmarking.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented work attitude with strong organizational skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Residing in the Netherlands (candidates outside the Netherlands will not be considered).
  • No visa sponsorship possible.

What's On Offer

  • Salary between €3,000 and €4,200 gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on experience.
  • Full-time employment (32-40 hours per week).
  • Start with a 7-month contract, with the prospect of extension.
  • Hybrid work: combination of working from home and office days in Amersfoort.
  • Laptop and phone allowance.
  • Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer (commuting).
  • 27 vacation days per year.
  • 1 extra day off in your birthday month.
  • 2 extra leave days for no sick leave in the calendar year.
  • Pension scheme.
  • Contribution to health insurance.
