The Role of a Sales Associate
- New Client Acquisition: You will acquire new companies as clients by convincing them of yourself, us, and our vision.
- Existing Client Management: You will continue to manage the companies you acquire as an Account Owner, building sustainable customer relationships and realizing up-selling and cross-selling potentials.
- Recruiting: Utilizing our existing talent pools, active sourcing, and job advertisements, you will build a sustainable candidate network within your specialization to fill client positions as quickly and effectively as possible.
- Full-Sales-Cycle: The entire process is 100% in your hands. You will support clients and candidates from the beginning of the process to the final close, ensuring the best outcome for all parties.
