Job Description
Support in the search and identification of executive candidates using research tools, professional networks, and market sources. Assist in defining target company lists with the Partner. Technical analysis of candidates to pre-qualify them according to job requirements. Support in initial phone screening to validate motivation, English level, general fit, and basic requirements. Participate in client requirement gathering and follow-up meetings. Collaborate in the development of talent maps and long lists for strategic positions. Assist in drafting internal documentation for Partners. Monitor process pipelines and update the internal database.
The Successful Applicant
- Currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Psychology, Human Resources, or Work Organization.
- No prior experience in selection or research is required.
- High level of English (capable of conducting screenings and calls in English).
- Analytical and synthesis skills to evaluate technical profiles.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone.
- Organization, attention to detail, and progressive autonomy.
- Curiosity, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
