Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Architect to join the Business Design team at Page Executive. The role involves designing the Target State Business Architecture including capability maps, operating models, value streams, and business services models for the EMEA region, primarily for a large international bank based in London.
Responsibilities
- Design the EMEA Target State Business Architecture in collaboration with multiple departments.
- Develop and maintain both current state and target state business models.
- Create a roadmap to deliver the Target State design.
- Collaborate with Technology, Data, Compliance and Risk teams for a holistic design.
- Analyze and design business processes aligned with strategic objectives in financial services.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business architecture design for multi-entity organizations, particularly in the financial services sector. You must be skilled in business analysis, possess strategic thinking capabilities, and have a strong background in stakeholder management. Excellent communication and influencing skills are essential as is the ability to mobilize resources across diverse teams.
Job Offer
A competitive salary in the range of £100,000 to £120,000, a standard benefits package, generous holiday leave, and potential career progression within a large organization.
