Responsibilities and Duties
This person will be responsible for connecting data, analytics, and AI, elevating the level of analysis, automation, and business intelligence. They will work on transforming data into strategic insights and developing AI agents that expand analytical capabilities and support executive decision-making. This includes capturing, integrating, and modeling data from predefined databases (SQL and other sources). Developing dashboards and analytical reports in Power BI, focusing on executive use, storytelling, and usability. Translating business needs into KPIs, metrics, and actionable analyses. Ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance. Creating and evolving AI agents for data analysis, indicator exploration, and decision support. Developing agents capable of interpreting data and answering business questions, automating recurring analyses and diagnostics, and supporting stakeholders with contextual insights and data-driven recommendations. Integrating AI agents into existing dashboards, reports, or analytical workflows. Working with concepts like RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), analytical prompts, and using structured data as a knowledge source. Collaborating closely with leadership, supporting the interpretation of data and AI agent outputs. Explaining complex analyses clearly, objectively, and decision-oriented.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Completed higher education.
- Solid experience with Power BI, Data Modeling, advanced DAX, and Power Query.
- Robust knowledge in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
- Solid experience with SQL and relational databases. Experience with ETL and data transformation.
- Experience in defining KPIs and executive analyses.
- Knowledge or practical experience in AI applied to data, such as: Creating AI agents or analytical chatbots and integrating AI with structured databases. Using LLMs for generating insights, analyses, and automation.

- Experience with data architectures (Data Warehouse, Data Lake).
- Knowledge in Python for data analysis, automation, or AI.
- Experience with generative AI platforms and agent orchestration.
