Job Description

As the Customer Support Manager, you will lead a small team of customer service representatives focused on daily customer order management, order fulfillment processes, and inquiry responses. You will take ownership of Sales & Customer Support within Viscount Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor customer service professionals.
  • Manage customer orders, data, and pricing through SAP.
  • Participate in S&OP meetings and manage new customers and pricing.
  • Resolve escalated service issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with planning, production, and warehouse teams for timely delivery.
  • Drive improvements in the customer portal and service systems.
  • Support sales operations, production, and warehousing to meet forecasts.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience with SAP and ERP systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce/CRM platforms.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
