Role Overview
This role is an editorial and growth position combining deep content craft with a strong marketing mindset. As the Newsletter Editor & Growth Manager, you will own the newsletter as a product – shaping its editorial direction, voice, visual identity and performance. You will drive audience engagement and monetization through strategic content, analytics and experimentation, while also supporting event-linked content initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Newsletter Ownership & Growth: Define and evolve strategy, test formats, and use analytics to boost engagement and revenue.
- Editorial & Content Development: Manage production from planning to monetization, commission and edit multi-format content.
- Audience Growth & Marketing Strategy: Develop growth initiatives, manage sponsorships, and collaborate on cross-channel campaigns.
- Collaboration & Experimentation: Work with internal teams and use AI tools to accelerate content creation and publishing.
- Events & Derived Content Integration: Review event content and integrate insights to enrich newsletter content.
Who You Are
You are a strategic editor and storyteller with 3–5 years of experience in content creation for technical or B2B audiences. With strong editorial and communication skills, you excel at managing multi-format content, utilizing analytics for growth, and coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain high standards and measurable impact.
