Overview
PNNL’s Human Resources team of over 120 professionals supports scientific discovery with innovative HR programs, benefits, compensation, and workforce initiatives.
Responsibilities
As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will work with business stewards and operational leaders to improve HR processes, effectiveness, and technology solutions. Key tasks include:
- Facilitate working sessions with diverse stakeholder groups including executive management.
- Elicit and analyze business requirements and improvement opportunities.
- Document HR processes using standard tools and models.
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements for cost reduction.
- Develop improvement roadmaps and business cases for solutions.
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical solution teams.
- Support culture change management and HR strategic planning.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include a BS/BA with 7 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience. Preferred backgrounds include Human Resources, Information Systems, or related fields, with experience in SaaS/PaaS implementations, process modeling, and agile environments.
