About the Sales Manager Role
Pacific Health Group is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager who is passionate about leading teams and strengthening community connections. In this role, you will oversee both call-based and field outreach representatives to connect individuals and families with essential healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate Outreach Team Members (OTMs) and Street Outreach Representatives. Set goals, monitor results, conduct regular trainings, and foster collaboration across departments.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement outreach plans to drive enrollment and engagement. Support field team members and guide major sales opportunities in line with Pacific Health Group’s mission.
Internal Sales (OTMs): Oversee call-based and digital outreach campaigns. Track campaign metrics, optimize conversion rates, and provide training and scripting support.
Community Sales & Engagement: Lead field-based outreach with community partners, support engagement at local events, and build partnerships to strengthen referral pipelines.
Operations & Reporting: Maintain accurate records using CRM and project management tools. Report progress regularly and collaborate with operations and contracting teams on new partnerships.
Core Skills & Technical Requirements
Excellent communication, leadership, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills paired with a strategic sales mindset.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with Monday.com or similar platforms are required.
Experience & Educational Requirements
Minimum 5+ years experience in sales, outreach, or business development with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and managing sales teams. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $69,500–$74,500 plus commissions and bonuses.Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, EAP, PTO, and paid holidays.
Work Arrangement
This position is hybrid, based in San Diego.
