SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have):

✔️Full-stack development experience with React, Redux (or similar modern JS frameworks), and Ruby on Rails

✔️Strong relational database schema design and PostgreSQL query performance tuning

✔️Cloud infrastructure and deployment automation using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

✔️Experience building for regulated U.S. federal environments (FedRAMP Moderate/High, DoD IL5)

✔️US Citizenship or Green Card Status (Strict Federal/FedRAMP Requirement)

Secondary (Good to Have):

✔️Experience with licensing, entitlement, subscription billing, identity, and access-control systems

✔️Hands-on implementation of IAM protocols (OAuth, SAML, SCIM, RBAC) and least-privilege models

✔️Infrastructure-as-Code, secrets management, zero-trust patterns, and compliance automation

✔️Asynchronous architectures, message queues, event streams, and production observability tooling

✔️Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, UX, Security, SRE, and Compliance teams

POSITION OVERVIEW

✔️We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to build and scale critical licensing and entitlement systems across our cloud platform.

✔️This fully remote role supports U.S. federal cloud environments, requiring PST working hours for 8-hour daily operational syncs.

✔️The incumbent will develop full-stack features using React and Ruby on Rails while ensuring compliance with FedRAMP and DoD IL5 standards.

✔️The role focuses on translating complex compliance, security, and auditability requirements into clean, practical, and maintainable software.

✔️The engineer will optimize PostgreSQL databases, containerize applications with Kubernetes, and maintain robust continuous delivery pipelines.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️Design, build, test, and operate full-stack licensing features that support product activation, entitlement management, renewals, and audits

✔️Develop responsive web interfaces using React/Redux and integrate them with secure, scalable backend APIs in Ruby on Rails

✔️Architect efficient PostgreSQL database schemas, optimize complex query performance, and ensure overall platform reliability

✔️Implement security and compliance controls including audit logging, secrets management, RBAC access controls, and operational evidence collection

✔️Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver maintainable production code, improve automated test suites, and write comprehensive operational runbooks
