Quality Assurance Engineer

The PA Health Data Platforms team is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to play a core part in software development, maintenance, and delivery. This role applies ingenuity to build data platforms for the clinical and biopharmaceutical community and aims to change care across the medical spectrum.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• 4+ years working experience in Quality Assurance
• Proficiency in programming for test automation using Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with automation tools like Playwright and frameworks such as Cucumber for BDD
• Expertise in API and UI testing, balancing manual and automated testing
• Solid understanding of test planning, design, regression, exploratory, and manual testing
• Experience integrating tests in CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of SQL and Shell/Bash scripting for environment provisioning
• Strong cross-team collaboration and effective communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field

Additional Information

This position offers a hybrid working arrangement with at least 2 days per week in the office or on client-site, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement benefits and more. Salary range for Massachusetts is $80,000 to $110,000.
