Job Description

At PA Consulting, the Data Engineer role is embedded within the Digital & Data community. You will join cross-disciplinary teams working alongside product, design, and technology experts to develop innovative software solutions. You will have opportunities for technical career growth, work on varied projects across seven sectors, and use agile practices while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Design and build production data pipelines on AWS cloud.
  • Work with technologies including EMR, Glue, RedShift, Kinesis, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams using agile practices.
  • Engage in in-person whiteboarding sessions and asynchronous communications.
  • Follow a comprehensive interview process including technical and competency rounds.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential qualifications include problem-solving, analytical thinking, and experience in developing end-to-end data pipelines using Java, Python, Scala, Spark, SQL, and AWS technology. Even if you don't tick every box, PA Consulting encourages you to apply.
