The Opportunity: Legal Consultant

We are currently seeking a candidate for the Legal Consultant position within P4I's Legal Practice. This practice supports companies in defining and implementing compliance with laws and technical standards, and in the ongoing management of regulatory and contractual obligations.

The selected individual will be allocated, along with other resources, to a specific project that will take place directly at the client's premises within the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-litigation investigation activities.
• Administrative management of litigation cases.
• Legal advisory activities.
• Support activities in project management.

Required Skills and Capabilities

• Knowledge of civil and criminal law, as well as civil and criminal procedure.
• Ability to study, research, and delve into relevant topics.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite.
• Goal orientation, organizational, and planning skills.
• Proactivity and flexibility.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Law.
• Up to 2 years of experience in law firms and/or corporate legal departments.
• Enrollment in the order of qualified legal trainees (preferred requirement).
