About the Role

Join Oyster as a Business Development Representative and break into tech sales with full remote work from anywhere in the EMEA region. You will be supported by dedicated sales enablement, training, and coaching programs designed to help you grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create awareness and interest through outbound prospecting using cold calling, email, and social outreach.
  • Partner with Sales Executives to drive mid-market and SMB pipeline velocity.
  • Qualify and schedule high-value meetings that convert into sales opportunities.
  • Present Oyster’s global employment platform to target buyers.
  • Organize and manage your pipeline for optimal efficiency and predictable results.
  • Collaborate with the GTM team to translate buyer intelligence into strategy.
